Things that I feel are worthy to pass along to my friends and my kids one day.

When Is It Enough?

When is enough

When it comes to teaching your children, when is it enough? They are not like a recipe that you can have exact quantities to measure out. They are not something that you can sample along the way like adding to much or to little salt. They have no gauge that is built in that shows your level of input and an absorption rate. So, when is it enough?

Keep Watering and Weeding

Keep working at the future guys.  It has been said that Rome was not built in a day.  The truth is that your kids will not be made complete in a day as well.  But their completion depends on your skills now!  Don’t forget your job and keep watering and weeding.

Don't give up!

Don’t give up!

What are you digging’ up?

Many times we as men will let something go when we have a disagreement with someone. I think many times to myself, “Be a duck…be a duck…just let it roll off your back and move on”. Yet somewhere way back in one of our boxes (that’s another blog post) we bury a bone of that disagreement that we will dig up later.

Thank you!
